摘要
随着经济的快速发展,饮用水环境的问题也表现的尤为突出。尽管水源地划分技术规范现已完善,但对于备用水源地如何进行管理缺乏相关的措施。为应对现有水源地保护区出现的一系列应急事件,本文以太湖县汪洋水库为例,参考《饮用水水源保护区划分技术规范》(HJ338-2018)以及考虑到汪洋水库的水质情况和保护区内的污染排放情况,提出改善水源地保护区水质的相关保护措施。
With the rapid development of economy, the problem of drinking water environment is particularly prominent. Although the technical specifications for water source classification have been perfected, there is a lack of relevant measures on how to manage the standby water source. In order to cope with a series of emergencies in existing water source protection areas, this paper takes Wangyang Reservoir in Taihu County as an example, and puts forward relevant protection measures to improve the water quality of water source protection areas based on the Technical Specification for the Division of Drinking Water Source Protection Areas(HJ338-2018) and considering the water quality of Wangyang Reservoir and the pollution discharge in the protection area.
