建设用地土壤环境调查监测外部质量控制措施浅析

Analysis of the External Quality Control Measures for Soil Environmental Monitoring of Development Land

为保证建设用地土壤环境调查监测数据的真实性、有效性和代表性,本文试从实施外部监督的角度,对建设用地土壤环境监测布点、现场采样、实验分析和监测数据审核等监测过程的外部质量控制措施进行论证分析,并指出现有监督检查工作的不足。

To ensure the authenticity, validity and representativeness of the soil environmental monitoring data of development land, this article starts from the perspective of the external quality control measures, and tries to analyze the monitoring process such as on-site sampling on soil environmental, experimental analysis and verification of data and other aspects concerned with the measures taken by supervisors to assure the quality of the data, and points out the deficiency of existing supervision and inspection work.
