天然橡胶/埃洛石复合材料的耐老化性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过在埃洛石纳米管(HNTs)内负载防老剂4020制备复合填料(HNTs-4020),将其加入天然橡胶(NR)中制得复合材料,以提高天然橡胶的耐老化性能及抗喷霜性能。通过热失重分析计算得到当埃洛石与防老剂4020的质量比为1∶2时,防老剂4020的负载率达到最大值10 wt%。NR/HNTs-4020在90℃老化7天后的拉伸强度为15.4 MPa,断裂伸长率为524.8%,相比添加等量HNTs和防老剂4020的NR分别提升10%和5.7%。扫描电镜结果显示,NR/HNTs-4020老化7天后表面仍未出现喷霜现象,证明埃洛石对防老剂的负载有效地提高了天然橡胶的耐老化性能和抗喷霜性能。 The composite filler(HNTs-4020) was prepared by loading the antioxidant 4020 in halloysite nanotubes(HNTs), which was added to natural rubber(NR) to improve the aging resistance and anti-blooming performance of NR. The results of thermo gravimetric analysis show that when the mass ratio of halloysite to antioxidant 4020 is 1:2, the loading rate of antioxidant 4020 reaches the maximum value of 10 wt%. After aging at 90 ℃ for 7 days, the tensile strength of NR/HNTs-4020 was maintained at 15.4 MPa and the elongation at break was 524.8 %, which was 10 % and 5.7 % higher than that of NR with the same amount of HNTs and antioxidant 4020, respectively. Scanning electron microscopy results showed that the surface of NR/HNTs-4020 did not appear to bloom after aging for 7 days, proving that the load of antioxidant in HNTs effectively improves the aging resistance and anti-blooming performance of NR.
