2018年8月3日我国首发非洲猪瘟疫情以来,由于非洲猪瘟病毒传播途径和分布的复杂性,生猪及生猪产品调运监管成为控制非洲猪瘟疫情蔓延的关键措施。而动物卫生监督机构如何依法依规规范处理对做好非洲猪瘟防控工作至关重要。本人结合工作的实际,将非洲猪瘟防控中违法行为及处罚依据总结归纳供大家在执法过程中参考。

Since the first outbreak of African swine fever(ASF)in China on August 3,2018,due to the complexity of the transmission route and distribution of ASF virus,the regulation of pig and pig product transportation has become a key measure to control the spread of ASF.And how animal health supervision agencies deal with it according to laws and regulations is very important for the prevention and control of African swine fever.Combinedwith the actual work,the author summarizesthe illegal acts and penalties inprevention and control of African swine fever for reference in the process of law enforcement.
