摘要
文章从公众视角出发,通过问卷调查法收集数据,探讨影响公众参与公共危机治理满意度的关键因素。研究发现,感知质量、感知价值及网络外部性均对满意度产生显著正向影响,而公众期望和公众信任与满意度之间无显著相关关系,最后提出针对性建议,以期提高公众参与的积极性及政府危机治理能力。
This paper collects data through questionnaire survey to explore the key factors affecting public participation satisfaction.It is found that perceived quality,perceived value and network externality all have a significant positive impact on satisfaction,but there is no significant correlation between public expectation,public trust and satisfaction.Finally,targeted suggestions are put forward to improve the government’s crisis governance ability and public participation enthusiasm.
