摘要
目的:测定不同品系亳白芍中有效成分的含量。方法:采用液相色谱法测定“线条”“线蒲棒”“蒲棒”“马扎子”和“二糟”5种亳白芍中芍药苷、芍药内酯苷、氧化芍药苷及苯甲酰芍药苷4种有效成分的含量,并进行方法学考察。结果:5种亳白芍中,“二糟”的芍药苷、苯甲酰芍药苷、芍药内酯苷、氧化芍药苷含量均最大;该方法线性关系良好,精密度、稳定性和重复性高,加样回收率较好。结论:不同品系亳白芍中有效成分含量存在差异,该检测法可用于亳白芍的质量控制。
Objective:to determine the content of effective components in different strains of Paeonia alba.Methods:the contents of paeoniflorin,paeoniflorin,oxypaeoniflorin and benzoyl paeoniflorin in five kinds of Radix Paeoniae Alba were determined by HPLC.Results:the contents of paeoniflorin,benzoyl paeoniflorin,paeoniflorin and oxypaeoniflorin in“Ercao”were the highest among the five kinds of Paeonia Alba;the linear relationship of the method was good,the precision,stability and repeatability were high,and the recovery rate was good.Conclusion:the content of effective components in different strains of Paeonia alba is different.The method can be used for the quality control of Paeonia alba.
