摘要
通过研究单体溶菌酶和甘草提取物的抑菌能力,作为两款功效物质的复配基础,以抑菌率为指标,优选出溶菌酶和甘草提取物的最佳复配比例为3∶1时的复配物具有较好且全面的抑菌能力,使得溶菌酶对革兰氏阴性菌的抑菌能力较同等用量下单体溶菌酶的抑菌能力有了较大的提升。将此复配物应用在不含任何功能剂和防腐剂的4种体系的牙膏配方中,验证其抑菌能力,结果与复配物的抑菌能力基本一致,说明复配物在牙膏中抑菌能力没有受到影响。
By studying the bacteriostatic ability of lysozyme and licorice extract,as the basis of the combination of two functional substances,and taking the bacteriostatic rate as the index,the compound with the optimal ratio of lysozyme and licorice extract of 3∶1 has better comprehensive bacteriostatic ability,so that the bacteriostatic ability of lysozyme to Gram-negative bacteria is better than that of single lysozyme of the same dosage A big improvement.The compound was applied to the toothpaste formulation of four systems without any functional agent and preservative,and its antibacterial ability was verified.The results showed that the antibacterial ability of the compound was basically the same as that of the compound,indicating that the antibacterial ability of the compound was not affected.
