区域背景下养老机构人才需求现状及对策研究——以南京市江宁区为例

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Talent Demand in Elderly Care Institutions under the Regional Background:Take Jiangning District of Nanjing City as an Example

养老需求日益旺盛的今天,养老机构服务人才需求到底呈现什么样的状态?通过调查分析我们得到养老机构需要的是高技术管理人才、尤其青睐复合型人才以及综合职业素养高的人才。针对这些需求本文对填补养老市场人才需求所面临的问题及原因进行了探索,并在此基础上提出相应的意见建议。

With the growing demand for the elderly,what is the state of the demand for service talents in elderly care institutions?Through investigation and analysis,we found that senior care institutions need high-tech management talents,especially those with compound talents and high comprehensive professional qualities.In response to these needs,this article explores the problems and reasons faced by the talent demand in the elderly care market,and puts forward corresponding opinions and suggestions on this basis.
