Research on Detection Technology and Management of Vegetable Pesticide Residues

我国是一个蔬菜生产和出口大国,研究表明2009年我国蔬菜出口量居世界第一,然而我国也是一个农药生产和使用大国。人们愈发关注蔬菜农药残留问题。近年来,农药检测技术也在飞速发展,然而由此带来的管理问题也日益加剧。因此,本文基于在生产实践中的蔬菜农药残留检测技术及管理经验,就提升我国的蔬菜农药残留检测管理经验作一探索,旨在为加强蔬菜农药残留检测技术的管理体系建立建言献策。

China is a large vegetable production and export country.Studies have shown that China's vegetable export volume ranked first in the world in 2009,but China is also a large country in the production and use of pesticides.People are increasingly concerned about the problem of pesticide residues in vegetables.In recent years,pesticide detection technology has also been developing rapidly,but the management problems brought about by it are also increasing.Therefore,based on the vegetable pesticide residue detection technology and management experience in the production practice,this article explores the improvement of China's vegetable pesticide residue detection management experience,and aims to establish suggestions for strengthening the management system of vegetable pesticide residue detection technology.
