摘要
民航专业工程建设规模和投资总额较大,本文针对目前民航工程建设领域安全生产管理存在的问题及推广安全咨询工作的思考,提出开展安全咨询工作的具体措施,建立以安全监管部门-安全咨询单位-工程实施单位的管理体系,形成项目前期阶段-实施阶段-竣工验收及交付阶段的安全生产管理组织和管理流程,以期为类似工程提供参考。
The construction scale and total investment of civil aviation engineering are relatively large.In view of the problems existing in the safety production management in the field of civil aviation engineering construction and the consideration of popularizing the safety consulting work,this paper puts forward the specific measures to carry out the safety consulting work,establishes the management system of safety supervision department,safety consulting and project implementation,and forms the safety production management organization and management process in the early stage,implementation stage,completion acceptance and delivery stage of the project,so as to provide reference for similar projects.
