摘要
由于不法分子利益熏心,甚至丧心病狂,置食品生产安全管理于不顾,食品安全逐渐进入人们视野。近年来,生产生活需求也从“吃饱”逐渐转变为“吃好”,人们愈发关注食品安全问题。严格把控食品安全,这是食品生产企业的责任,也是食品安全检测单位的责任。本文从食品安全检测的管理角度进行探讨,旨在为加强食品安全检测体系建言献策。
Due to the interests of lawbreakers and the ignorance of food production safety management,food safety has gradually entered people's vision.In recent years,the demand for production and living has gradually changed from"full"to"well",and people are paying more and more attention to food safety issues.Strictly controlling food safety is the responsibility of food production companies and food safety inspection units.This article discusses from the perspective of food safety inspection management,and aims to provide suggestions for strengthening the food safety inspection system.
