导管架建造过程需精确控制井口导向尺寸和井口同心度,以保证海上施工隔水套管顺利安装。以某项目导管架建造为例,给出了立式建造导管架井口导向预制阶段平面组对尺寸控制方法,总装阶段建立导管架总装建造基准线,基于基准线控制井口导向片空间组对尺寸和井口同心度,为导管架施工建造提供指导。

The guide dimension and concentricity of the wellhead should be controlled accurately during the construction of the jacket,so as to ensure the installation of the water proof sleeve.Taking the jacket construction as an example,the dimension control method for plane group in vertical construction jacket wellhead guided prefabrication is presented,during the site assembly stage,the base line of the jacket assembly is established,and the dimension and concentricity of the wellhead are controlled based on the base line,which provides guidance for the construction of jacket.
