Winter Construction Technology of CRTSⅢBallastless Track Base Platety

随着我国城际铁路的高速发展,轨道工程在严寒地区的施工技术及质量控制尤为重要,本文结合京雄城际铁路黄固特大桥CRTSⅢ型无砟轨道底座板施工,对具体的底座板冬季施工措施进行阐述,从保温设施、加温设备、混凝土生产及运输、加湿养护、质量控制等方面的措施进行详细叙述。

With the rapid development of China's intercity railway,the construction technology and quality control of track engineering are particularly important in severe cold area.In this paper,combined with the construction of CRTSⅢballastless track base plate of Huanggu super large bridge of Jingxiong intercity railway,the specific construction measures of base plate in winter are described,including thermal insulation facilities,heating equipment,concrete production and transportation,humidification maintenance and quality control.The measures are described in detail.
