琅岐隧道塌方综合处理技术研究

摘要 琅岐隧道由于地质条件复杂,在施工中出现围岩坍塌,地表塌陷现象。本项目根据隧道坍塌的具体情况,结合以往处理隧道坍塌的成功经验,并进行工艺创新。最终通过采取地表阻水、锚杆注浆加固围岩、小导管及管棚形成保护层、塌腔填充泡沫混凝土、预留核心土环形开挖法清除塌方渣体等综合处理措施,顺利完琅岐隧道的坍塌处理。 Due to the complicated geological conditions of the Langqi Tunnel,the surrounding rock collapse and surface collapse occurred during the construction.According to the specific circumstances of tunnel collapse,this project combines the successful experience of dealing with tunnel collapse in the past,and carries out technological innovation.Finally,comprehensive treatment measures such as surface water blocking,bolt grouting to reinforce surrounding rock,small pipes and pipe sheds to form a protective layer,cavern filling with foam concrete,and ring-shaped excavation of the reserved core soil to remove the collapsed slag body,have successfully completed the treatment of Langqi tunnel collapse.
