摘要
以自制无机改性聚合物为基料,以锌粉为防腐颜料,采用了组合放沉体系,开发了高锌粉含量水性环氧防腐涂料,并对树脂的选择、锌粉的选择、防沉体系的选择、吸水材料的选择进行了探讨。试验表明,该涂料不挥发分金属锌含量可达92%,采用0.5%的气相二氧化硅和0.2%的聚酰胺蜡防沉体系,可达到良好的防沉效果,涂膜具有良好的附着力,划格试验为0级,在金属上的附着力可达8 MPa以上,耐盐雾可达2000 h以上,能够为金属基材提供良好的防护效果。
A waterborne epoxy zinc-rich primer with high zinc level(more than 92 % wt) in dry film was developed using home made modified epoxy resin as film-forming material and zinc powder as anti-rust pigment. The influence of several factors including the kind of waterborne epoxy resin, zinc powder, anti-sediment agent and water absorbing material on coatings performance was discussed. It was found that the zinc powder settlement and caking could be eliminated by using a mixture of 0.5 % gas phased silicon dioxide and 0.2 % polyamide wax. This primer had excellent adhesion and anticorrosion ability, its adhesion 0 grade and more than 8 MPa on the metal surface, salt spray resistance more than 2000 h. This coating had excellent performance, can be applied to various heavy anti-corrosion field, provide effective protection for metal substrates.
