对氨基苯酚的合成工艺优化

摘要 本文以亚硝酸钠、苯酚为原料先制得对亚硝基苯酚,再用硫化钠还原制得对氨基苯酚。对还原反应采用正交试验进行工艺研究。优化后的工艺反应条件稳定,收率较原来提高了3.5%,具有一定的应用价值,为对氨基苯酚的工业化生产提供了依据。 In this paper, p-nitrophenol was prepared from sodium nitrite and phenol, and then p-aminophenol was prepared by reduction of sodium sulfide. The reduction reaction was studied by orthogonal test. The optimized reaction conditions were stable and the yield was 3.5 % higher than the original one, which had certain application value and provided a basis for the industrial production of p-aminophenol.
