摘要
本文对蓝莓乙醇提取物进行抗氧化研究,发现在浓度1000 mg/L,蓝莓对DPPH·自由基的清除率可达72.3%,对ABST+达到73.6%;对对O2-自由基的清除率可达75.3%。可见蓝莓的乙醇提取物具有较好抗氧化清除自由基的能力,对常见的3种自由基(DPPH·、ABST+、O2-)具有一定的清除能力。
In this paper, the antioxidant activity of blueberry ethanol extract was studied. It was found that the scavenging rate of DPPH· free radical, ABST + and O2-radical were 72.3 %, 73.6 % and 75.3 %, respectively. It can be seen that the ethanol extract of blueberry has good antioxidant and free radical scavenging ability, and has certain scavenging ability to three common free radicals(DPPH ·, ABST +, O2-).
