响应面优化微波水热法制备木质素酚羟基的研究 被引量:1

Optimization of Response Surface Methodology on Preparation of Phenolic Hydroxyl Group Content of Lignin by Microwave-assisted Hydrothermal Treatment

摘要 以微波辅助加热方式,采用KOH作为催化剂,利用响应面优化方法,考察了反应时间、反应温度及木碱比作为考察因素对木质素酚羟基含量的影响,得出最佳反应条件为反应时间40 min,反应温度150℃,反应木碱比为1.25。此时得到的酚羟基增加百分比为57.8%。并利用响应面等高线对各影响因素的作用作出了分析。 In order to improve the phenolic hydroxyl group content of lignin, microwave was used to degrade lignin with KOH as catalyst. The response surface methodology was used to optimize on the phenolic hydroxyl group content of lignin. The optimum conditions were as follows: the reaction temperature was 150 ℃, the reaction time was 40 min, and the ratio of lignin to alkali was 1∶1.25. In contrast to original lignin, we find that the content of phenolic hydroxyl group increased by 57.8 % for KOH. The effects were analyzed by the response surface methodology.
