摘要
以柠檬酸料液三效并流蒸发过程为研究对象,应用Asepn Plus进行模拟计算,所得各项参数符合工业生产要求。为使蒸发器温度保持稳定,以加热蒸汽流量为控制变量,在Matlab中建立遗传算法优化的模糊PID控制,通过对比传统PID与模糊控制,遗传算法优化的模糊PID控制方案超调量更小,恢复时间更短,是实现蒸发温度控制的一种有效方法。
Taking the three-effect co-current evaporation process of citric acid feed liquid as the research object, Asepn Plus was used for simulation calculation, and the obtained parameters met the requirements of industrial production. In order to keep the temperature of the evaporator stable, using the heating steam flow as the control variable, a genetic algorithm optimized fuzzy PID control is established in Matlab. By comparing the traditional PID and fuzzy control, the genetic algorithm optimized fuzzy PID control scheme has a smaller overshoot. The shorter recovery time is an effective method to achieve evaporative temperature control.
