精馏装置操作的研究

Study on Operation of Distillation Unit

精馏是化工行业中常用来分离液相均相混合物的一种单元操作,精馏装置的操作技能训练对于未来就业于化工企业的学生是一项重要的能力储备。本文依托学院现有已运行十年的精馏装置,研究精馏装置的操作性能及当前高效快速分离的操作条件。

Distillation is a unit operation which is often used to separate liquid-phase homogeneous mixture in chemical industry. The operation skill training of distillation unit is an important ability reserve for the students who are employed in chemical enterprises in the future. Based on the existing distillation unit which has been running for ten years, this paper studies the operating performance of the distillation unit and the operating conditions of the current efficient and rapid separation.
