摘要
本实验以柠檬酸为碳源,以尿素为氮源,通过水热法合成荧光碳量子点,研究不同反应时间、反应物不同比例以及不同水热温度对荧光强度的影响。结果表明在柠檬酸与尿素摩尔比为1∶4,反应温度为180℃,反应时间为10 h时为碳量子点合成的最优反应条件。
In this experiment, citric acid was used as carbon source and urea as nitrogen source to synthesize fluorescent carbon quantum dots by hydrothermal method. The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of citric acid to urea was 1∶4, the reaction temperature was 180 ℃, and the reaction time was 10 h.
