蔗糖高效转化研究

摘要 以蔗糖为原料,在加热条件下,通过水解可以制备乙酰丙酸类化合物,但是生产过程中存在副反应,脱水产物生物炭是副反应产物之一。本文以蔗糖为原料,以酸碱度、温度为实验参数,采用热重(TG)和高效液相色谱(HPLC)对样品的液体产物进行了表征,探索了蔗糖水溶液热转化机制。研究结果表明:蔗糖水溶液在酸性、碱性及中性条件下热转化脱水产物生物炭生成量随温度的变化具有不同的变化规律,热转化后的水溶液中也具有不同的转化产物,说明蔗糖水溶液在中性、酸性、碱性条件下热分解转化机制是不同的。 With sucrose as raw material, levulinic acid compounds can be prepared by hydrolysis under the condition of heating. In this paper, the liquid products of sucrose were characterized by TG and HPLC, and the mechanism of thermal transformation of sucrose aqueous solution was explored. The research results show that the sucrose solution under the condition of acid, alkaline and neutral thermal conversion dehydration product biochar generation rule, along with the change of the change of temperature with different heat transfer in aqueous solution, after also have different products, that of sucrose solution under the condition of neutral, acidic and alkaline thermal decomposition mechanism is different.
