摘要
碳罐作为汽车燃油蒸发控制系统的核心零部件,其设计直接影响到污染物排放试验是否合格。承压爆破性能不仅影响碳罐的吸附能力,更直接关系到碳罐能否安全、稳定的工作。本文以一款国六塑料碳罐为研究对象,分析了其爆破失效的原因,提出了结构优化方案,并借助ABAQUS软件进行了验证,最终满足爆破试验要求。
As a core component of the automobile fuel evaporation control system(EVAP), the design of the carbon canister directly affects whether the pollutant emission test is qualified. The bursting performance under pressure not only affects the adsorption capacity of carbon canister, but also the safety and stability. This paper takes a plastic Ⅵ carbon canister as the research object and analyzes the causes of failure in bursting test. An optimized structure is put forward and validated by ABAQUS and experiments.
