聚硅硫酸铁的制备及其在氧化铁生产废水中的应用研究

摘要 本文以钛白粉副产硫酸亚铁和工业水玻璃为原料,制备了一种新型混凝剂聚硅硫酸铁(PFSS),研究了PFSS的制备以及用于处理氧化铁生产废水的影响因素。结果表明:在温度为35℃,聚合时间2~3 h,Fe/Si摩尔比为0.8时,可制得性能优异的聚硅硫酸铁混凝剂,在氧化铁生产废水处理中PFSS絮凝性能优于聚合硫酸铁。 In this paper, a new coagulant polymeric ferric silicate sulfate(PFSS) was prepared from the by-product ferrous sulfate of titanium white and industrial water glass as raw materials. The preparation of PFSS and the influencing factors of its treatment of iron oxide production wastewater were studied. The results show that when the temperature is 35 ℃, the polymerization time is 2~3 h, and the Fe/Si molar ratio is 0.8, the polymeric ferric silicate sulfate coagulant with excellent performance can be prepared, and the flocculation performance of PFSS is better than that of Polyferric sulfate in the treatment of ferric oxide production wastewater.
