硫酸装置第Ⅱ蒸发器腐蚀分析及改进措施

摘要 本文对首套国产化2000吨/年湿法制硫酸装置第Ⅱ蒸发器结晶物进行了EDS元素分析、XRD物相分析,确定该结晶物主要是硫酸的三价铁盐,并对形成该类物质的原因进行了分析以及提出可行的改进措施。对湿法制硫酸装置长周期运行有一定的指导意义。 In this paper, EDS element analysis and XRD phase analysis have been carried out on the second evaporator crystals of the first set of domestic 2000 tons/year wet sulfuric acid plant. It is determined that the crystals are mainly ferric salt of sulfuric acid, and the reasons for the formation of such substances have been analyzed and feasible improvement measures have been proposed. It has certain guiding significance for the long period operation of the wet sulfuric acid plant.
