区域旅游经济增长质量的测度与时空演化研究——以皖北地区为例

A Study on the Measurement and Spatiotemporal Evolution of the Growth Quality of Regional Tourism Economy--Take the Northern Anhui as an Example

从结构、效率、稳定性、可持续性、影响力构建评价指标体系,采用均方差法和加权平均法测度2011-2018年皖北地区旅游经济增长质量指数,并分析其演化特征,结果表明:时序上呈波动上升态势,2013和2017年出现波峰,2015年出现波谷,各子目标层指标表现出不同变化特征,但总体处于最初发展阶段;空间上地域差异明显,可分为四个层次,第一层次为蚌埠,第二为亳州,第三为淮南、淮北,第四为宿州、阜阳。据此,为制定皖北地区旅游经济高质量增长的相关政策提供理论支持。

The evaluation index system is constructed from the structure,efficiency,stability,sustainability and influence.Methods of mean square deviation and weighted average are used to measure the quality index of tourism economic growth in the northern Anhui from 2011 to 2018,and evolution characteristics are analyzed.The results show that:the timing sequence shows a trend of fluctuation and rise,and the crest appeared in 2013 and 2017,then the trough appeared in 2015.Indicators of each sub-target layer show different characteristics of change,but they are in the initial stage of development generally.There are obvious regional differences in space,which can be divided into four levels,and the first level is Bengbu,the second level is Bozhou,the third level is Huainan and Huaibei,and the fourth level is Suzhou and Fuyang.Based on this,suggestions for the development of high-quality tourism economic growth in the northern Anhui are put forward.
