试析财政补贴对新能源汽车产业经营绩效的影响

Effect of Financial Subsidies on Performance of New Energy Enterprises

新能源汽车产业以其良好的环保性能得到国家的大力扶持,并获取了大量财政补贴。财政补贴对新能源汽车产业经营绩效会产生多大影响?增加财政补贴是否让企业有意愿增加研发投入?以10家新能源汽车上市公司为样本,选取2011-2017年数据,用实证研究方法探究财政补贴及研发投入与新能源汽车产业经营绩效的关系。结果显示:(1)财政补贴对新能源汽车产业经营绩效为显著负向影响;(2)财政补贴与新能源汽车产业研发费用呈显著正相关;(3)研发费用对新能源汽车产业经营绩效为显著正向影响。

The new energy vehicles has been strongly supported by the state for its good environmental performance and has obtained a lot of financial subsidies.So how much impact will financial subsidies have on the performance of the new energy vehicles?Does the increase in financial subsidies allow companies to increase their R&D investment?We used 10 new energy vehicle listed companies from 2011-2017 as samples,and used empirical research methods to explore the relationship between financial subsidies and R&D investment and the performance of the new energy vehicles.The results show that:(1)Financial subsidies have a significant negative impact on the corporate performance of the new energy vehicles;(2)Financial subsidies are significantly positively related to the R&D costs of the new energy vehicles;(3)R&D costs are significantly positive for the corporate performance of the new energy vehicles to influence.
