“互联网+”背景下大学生性心理健康教育体系建构

The Construction of College Students'Sexual Mental Health Education System under the Background of"Internet Plus"

互联网智能时代下各种信息唾手可得,人们思想意识形态极易发生转变也易受到影响,性信息在互联网时代同样成了人们唾手可得的东西。当代大学生性的开放程度有明显提高,如何通过外在干预使不断成熟的大学生心理、生理发展与他们的性认知相匹配是高校心理健康教育工作的重点。采用调查法、实验法对当代大学生性心理健康教育现状进行分析和研究,通过前后测对比实验,探究新型性心理健康教育干预方式的有效性,根据实验结果总结出互联网+大学生性心理健康体系,促进性心理健康教育工作得以有效开展,提高在校大学生的身心健康水平。

In the age of Internet intelligence,all kinds of information are readily available,people's ideology is very easy to change and easily affected,sexual information in the Internet era has become a thing that people can obtain.The degree of openness of contemporary college students has been obviously improved,How to match the psychological,physiological development and their sex cognition through external intervention is the focus of mental health education in universities.This paper analyzes and studies the current situation of sexual mental health education of contemporary college students by investigation and experiment,explores the effectiveness of new sexual mental health education intervention methods through the experiment,and summarizes the Internet and college students'sexual mental health system according to the experimental results,and promotes the effective development of sexual mental health education.Improve the physical and mental health of college students.
