基层医院诊治哮喘的临床体会

目的:关于基层医院对哮喘病的诊治分析.方法:本文调查时间选择2018年4月到2019年10月,所有患者为在此期间来我院接受治疗的哮喘患者,本文选择28例作为调查对象,对所有患者临床资料进行回顾性分析和总结,研究对哮喘进行诊治的有效策略.结果:根据患者的临床表现,综合为患者进行相关的听诊和化验等能提升对于哮喘的确诊效率;根据患者的实际表现选择合理的治疗方案用药,能有效提升患者治疗的效果,对患者治疗前后的临床症状进行评价,治疗之后的的临床症状平分、FEV1、PEF等相关指标明显优于治疗之前,P<0.05,存在统计学意义.结论:基层医院对哮喘病在进行诊断的过程中需要严格的观察患者的临床表现,采取有效的听诊和化验等手段进行综合性诊断,并根据实际表现合理应用药物,可以提升患者治疗的效果.

Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of asthma in primary hospitals.Methods The time of investigation was selected from April 2018 to October 2019.All patients were asthma patients who came to our hospital during this period.In this paper,28 patients were selected as the subjects,and the clinical data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Study effective strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of asthma.Results According to the patient’s clinical manifestations,comprehensive auscultation and laboratory tests can improve the diagnosis efficiency of asthma.Selecting a reasonable treatment plan according to the actual performance of the patient can effectively improve the patient’s treatment effect before and after treatment.The clinical symptoms were evaluated.The clinical symptoms after treatment,FEV1,PEF and other related indicators were significantly better than before treatment,P<0.05,there was statistical significance.Conclusion The basic hospitals need to strictly observe the clinical manifestations of asthma in the process of diagnosis.The comprehensive auscultation and laboratory methods are used for comprehensive diagnosis,and the rational application of drugs according to the actual performance can improve the therapeutic effect of patients.
