摘要
国际科技合作是“一带一路”沿线国家的共同需求,以何种合作模式进行科技创新共同体建设是亟待解决的热点问题。为此研究总结提出了“一带一路”沿线国家科技创新共同体合作模式,主要有知识创新联盟模式、产业机构互动模式、高新技术园区协作模式、政府主导搭建的科技合作平台模式、民间促进国际科技合作发展模式以及共建产业园区带动国际科技合作模式等,并对“一带一路”沿线国家创新共同体的实现路径提出了具有针对性的策略。
The international cooperation in science and technology is the common demand of the countries along the“Belt and Road”.What kind of cooperation mode is used to build the technology innovation community is a hot issue that needs to be resolved urgently.This paper summarizes the cooperation modes of the national innovation community along the“Belt and Road”,including knowledge innovation alliance mode,industrial organization interaction mode,high-tech park cooperation mode,government-led technology cooperation platform mode,international technology cooperation development mode promoted by non-governmental organizations,and international technology cooperation mode driven by coconstruction of industrial parks.Targeted strategies for the realization path of the national innovation community along the“Belt and Road”are put forward.
