摘要
萘是具有一定毒性和致癌、致畸性的稠环芳香烃有机化合物,挥发性强且不稳定,其检测方法目前鲜有研究报道。从样品改性剂、SPE小柱预处理、洗脱浓缩3方面进行试验,探讨影响水中萘回收率的固相萃取因素,进而确立了更加高效、快捷、绿色的固相萃取方法,提高了水中萘含量检测的准确性。
Naphthalene is a condensed-ring aromatic hydrocarbon organic compound with certain toxicity,carcinogenicity and teratogenicity,which is highly volatile and unstable,and its detection method is rarely reported.The experiments were carried out from three aspects:sample modifier,SPE column pretreatment and elution and concentration.The factors affecting the recovery of naphthalene in water by SPE are discussed.Furthermore,a more efficient,fast and green SPE method was established,the accuracy of determination of naphthalene content in water was improved.
