摘要
建立了利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定水中23种金属元素(锂、锶、硼、铝、铁、锰、铜、锌、钡、钴、钛、铍、钒、铬、镍、砷、硒、钼、银、镉、锑、铊、铅)的方法。结合实验室实践,参照标准HJ 700—2014《水质65种元素的测定电感耦合等离子体质谱法》,优化实验参数,采用内标法,分别对地表水、出厂水、管网水和地下水进行实验,实现水中多种元素的同时测定,各元素在不同水中的加标回收率为73.2%~128%,相对标准偏差为0.3%~3.0%。表明该方法快捷、准确、有效、灵活,适合多种元素的同时测定。
An inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 23 metal elements in water,including Li,Sr,B,Al,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Ba,Co,Ti,Be,V,Cr,Ni,As,Se,Mo,Ag,Cd,Sb,Tl and Pb. In combination with the laboratory practice,according to the Water QualityDetermination of 65 Elements-Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(HJ 700-2014),the experimental parameters were optimized,and the internal standard method was adopted to carry out experiments on surface water,finished water,pipe network water and groundwater respectively,so as to achieve simultaneous determination of various elements in water. The spiked recovery rate of the elements in different water is 73.2% to 128%,the relative standard deviation is 0.3% to 3.0%. This method is fast,accurate,effective and flexible,and it is suitable for simultaneous determination of multiple elements.
