DRG付费模式下互联网医院建设的探索

Construction of Internet Hospital under DRG Payment Mode

随着互联网技术的发展,给我们生活带来了极大的便利。将实体医院同互联网相结合,在互联网上“建设”医院,使得人们足不出户即可看病,既提高效率,又节约成本。同时,随着医疗技术的不断完善,医疗类消费支出愈见膨胀,使一种用于医疗领域的付费方式DRG(Diagnosis Related Group)应运而生,给医疗付费提供了一种简洁高效、分类标准的方式。当前,尽管社会医保制度逐步完善,但看病难、看病贵的问题仍然困扰着人们,使资源的科学分配和合理使用成为亟待解决的问题,因而探讨在DRG模式下的互联网医院建设,并对其发展提出预测,极具现实意义。

With the development of Internet technology,it has brought great convenience to our life.By combining hospitals with the Internet,“building”hospitals on the Internet enables people to see a doctor without leaving home,thus improving efficiency and saving costs.With the continuous improvement of medical technology,the medical consumption expenditure has been increasing.A new payment method applied in the medical field,Diagnosis Related Group(DRG)emerged,which provides a simple,efficient and classification standardized method for medical payment.At present,even though the social medical insurance system is gradually improved,the problem of difficult and expensive medical treatment still troubles people,so the scientific allocation and rational use of resources have become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper discusses the construction of Internet hospitals under DRG mode and provides a forecast for their development.
