列管式换热器管束胀口泄漏分析
Leakage Analysis for Pipe Bundle of Tubular Exchanger
摘要
本文针对压缩机列管式换热器管束胀口泄漏典型故障,从循环水质管控,管板材质和胀接工艺选择进行了详细分析,明确了缝隙腐蚀是造成胀口泄漏的主要原因。同时,提出了防止换热器发生缝隙腐蚀的具体措施。
