摘要
强度是指材料抵抗破坏或失效的能力,是衡量玻璃结构件的重要指标之一。通过测试浮法玻璃的抗冲击强度、抗弯强度,结合电子探针和XPS等进行分析发现:当玻璃的厚度相同时,不同表面的浮法玻璃的抗冲击强度、抗弯强度不同,表现为:锡面>空气面,渗锡可增强浮法玻璃的强度。
Strength refers to the ability of material to resist damage or failure, and it is one of the important indexes to measure glass structural parts. In this paper, the impact strength and flexure strength of float glass were tested, and analyzed by means of electron probe and XPS. It was found when the float glass was the same thickness, the impact strength and flexure strength of float glass on different surfaces was different, which are shown as:tin surface > air surface. Tin infiltration can increase the strength of float glass.
