摘要
使用溶胶-凝胶法,制备了纳米SiO2乳液,在玻璃上制备纳米多孔SiO2薄膜,通过椭偏仪对薄膜折射率进行表征,并探讨了膜层的透光率、膜层结构、耐候性、耐脏污与折射率之间的相互关系,分析出膜层折射率和透光率、膜层结构、耐候性、耐脏污的相互关系,为镀膜玻璃的生产提供了有力的数据。
Nano-emulsion of SiO2 was prepared by sol-gel process and nano porous silica film was fabricated on glass substrate. The refractive index of the film was characterized by ellipsometer and the relationship between the transmittance, structure, weather resistance, stain resistance and refractive index was discussed.It provides reference data for production of coated glass.
