桑芎胶囊定性定量分析研究

Study on quantitative and quantitative analysis of Sangxiong Capsules

目的建立桑芎胶囊定性定量研究方法。方法采用薄层色谱对处方中桑白皮、黄芩等药材进行鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法对处方白芷中欧前胡素进行含量测定,C 18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈(A)-水(B),梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL·min^-1;柱温为30℃;欧前胡素测量波长为250 nm。结果桑白皮和黄芩的薄层色谱鉴别方法可行,在薄层色谱中能检出桑白皮、黄芩,欧前胡素在0.03872~0.7744μg范围内线性关系良好,阴性样品试验无干扰,精密度、稳定性及加样回收试验均符合要求(欧前胡素的平均回收率为98.5%,RSD=0.5%)。结论本试验操作简便、稳定、可靠性高,可为桑芎胶囊质量标准的提高提供依据。

Objective To establish a quantitative and quantitative method for Sangxiong Capsules.Methods TLC was used to identify Cortex Mori and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi in the prescription;The imperatorin separation was performed on C 18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)column;The mobile phase was composed by acetonitrile(A)and water(B)with gradient elution at a flowrate 1.0 mL·min^-1;The column temperature was 30℃;The detection wavelength was 250 nm.Results TLC identification for Cortex Mori and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi was feasible Cortex Mori and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi can be identified by TLC;The imperatorin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.03872~0.7744μg,the precision,stability,recovery can meet the requirement of the experiment,the average recovery of imperatorin was 98.5%(RSD=0.5%).Conclusion The experiment was simple,stable and reliable,which can provide the basis for improving the quality standard of Sangxiong Capsules.
