摘要
从城乡要素融合、宜居融合、治理融合、产业融合以及富裕融合五个维度出发构建城乡融合发展水平综合评价指标体系,运用熵权法和均值标准化法对中国城乡融合发展水平进行测度,进一步采用Dagum基尼系数探究其地区差异。研究发现评价期内中国城乡融合发展水平持续提升,且大体呈现“东高西低”的空间特征。提出了坚持新型城镇化和乡村振兴战略双轮驱动、打破城乡间要素流动壁垒、制定分类推进的城乡融合发展政策等建议以提升中国城乡融合发展水平。
Based on the five dimensions of urban-rural integration,namely factor integration,livability integration,governance integration,industry integration,and prosperity integration,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system for urban-rural integration development,adopts entropy weight method and mean value standardization method to measure the development of urban-rural integration in China,and further adopts the Dagum Gini coefficient to explore regional differences.It is found that the level of urban-rural integration development in China has continued to improve during the evaluation period,and generally presents the spatial characteristics of“higher in the east and lower in the west”.The following suggestions are put forward in order to improve the level of urban-rural integration development in China:adhering to the dual-wheel drive of the new urbanization and rural revitalization strategy,breaking the barriers of factors flow between urban and rural areas,and formulating the policies of classified urban-rural integration development.
