中国企业对中东欧国家营商环境看法调研报告

A Survey of Chinese Firms'Viewpoints on CEE Business Climate

为了更好地了解中国企业在中东欧国家开展投资贸易合作情况,中国—中东欧国家联合商会中方理事会专家指导委员会通过调查问卷的形式展开调研,收集在中东欧17国已开展业务的中国企业的项目经营情况和其对于当地基础设施、金融服务、法规政策和人才素质等营商环境要素的评价,并总结其经营中的经验教训以及面临的具体困难。报告分下列几个部分:第一部分介绍了此次被调研企业的基本情况;第二部分提供了中国企业对中东欧国家营商环境的具体看法;第三部分是中国企业在中东欧地区开展经营活动的主要关注点;第四部分提出中国企业在中东欧地区面临的问题和障碍;第五部分是中国企业对中东欧国家营商环境总体评价排名。报告最后总结了研究成果并提出系列政策建议。

This study is based on the performance of projects carried out by Chinese enterprises in the seventeen CEE countries and their points of view on business climate factors,e.g.,local infrastructure,financial services,laws and policies,labor quality,etc.,and with lessons and obstacles included in the final report prepared by the Expert Committee of China-CEEC Business Council Chinese Committee via its survey by way of questionnaire.The main contents of the report cover the development of relevant Chinese enterprises,points of view of Chinese firms towards business climate of CEE countries,focal point of Chinese firms,problems and obstacles,and the rating of Chinese firms'contribution to business climate of CEE countries.A series of policy proposals are forwarded on basis of main findings of the study.
