基于TH1/TH2细胞因子网络调控探讨补肺活血胶囊对II期尘肺病干预作用研究

Based on TH1/TH2 cytokine network regulation to explore the effect of Bufei Huoxue capsule on stage Ⅱ pneumoconiosis

目的观察基于TH1/TH2细胞因子网络调控探讨补肺活血胶囊对II期尘肺病干预作用研究。方法以2019年2月-2020年3月于我院医院诊治的60例II期尘肺病患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组(30例,给予补肺活血胶囊)和对照组(30例,给予基础治疗)。统计治疗前后两组患者肺功能、免疫功能(CD4^+、CD8^+;CD4^+/CD8^+)、TH1/TH2细胞因子及生命质量的变化情况。结果治疗前,2组FVC、FVC1、FEV1/FVC、PEF、MVV及DLco相比(P>0.05);治疗后,2组FVC、FVC1、FEV1/FVC、PEF、MVV及DLco均较治疗前有所改善,其中研究组FVC、FVC1、FEV1/FVC、PEF、MVV及DLco均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+及CD4^+/CD8^+相比(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+及CD4^+/CD8^+均有所改善,其中研究组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+及CD4^+/CD8^+均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者IL-1β、IL-8、IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-10相比(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者IL-1β、IL-8、IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-10均有所改善,其中研究组IL-1β、IL-8、IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-10均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者生命质量相比(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者生命质量均有所改善,其中研究组生命质量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论II期尘肺病患者采用补肺活血胶囊治疗,可有效改肺功能及免疫功能,同时可调节TH1/TH2细胞因子,且可提高患者的生命质量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the effect of Bufei Huoxue Capsule on stage Ⅱ pneumoconiosis based on the regulation of TH1/TH2 cytokine network.Methods Sixty patients with stage Ⅱ pneumoconiosis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research object.They were divided into a study group(30 cases,Bufei Huoxue capsules)and controls according to the random number table method.Group(30 cases,given basic treatment).The changes of lung function,immune function(CD4^+,CD8^+;CD4^+/CD8^+),TH1/TH2 cytokines and quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were counted.Results Before treatment,the FVC,FVC1,FEV1/FVC,PEF,MVV and DLco of the 2 groups were compared(P>0.05);after treatment,the FVC,FVC1,FEV1/FVC,PEF,MVV and DLco of the 2 groups were more The improvement,in which the study group FVC,FVC1,FEV1/FVC,PEF,MVV and DLco were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+and CD4^+/CD8^+of the two groups of patients were compared(P>0.05);after treatment,the CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+and CD4^+/CD8^+of the two groups of patients were improved.CD8^+and CD4^+/CD8^+were superior to the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,IL-1β,IL-8,IFN-γ,IL-6,IL-10 in two groups were compared(P>0.05);after treatment,IL-1β,IL-8,IFN-γin two groups,IL-6,IL-10 have been improved,among which the research group IL-1β,IL-8,IFN-γ,IL-6,IL-10 are better than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the quality of life of the two groups of patients was compared(P>0.05);after treatment,the quality of life of the two groups of patients was improved.Conclusion The treatment of patients with stage II pneumoconiosis with Bufei Huoxue Capsules can effectively improve lung function and immune function,and at the same time can regulate TH1/TH2 cytokines,and can improve the quality of life of patients.
