大连地区477例人员幽门螺杆菌感染情况分析与对策

Analysis and countermeasures of helicobacter pylori infection in 477 people in Dalian area

目的了解大连地区人群幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)的感染情况,以便实施有效防治举措。方法运用酶联免疫法对477例健康体检者进行血清抗Hp抗体检测,分析Hp在不同性别、不同年龄组及不同职业受检者中的感染情况。结果大连地区部分人群Hp感染率为39.2%,其中男性感染率为42.3%,女性为35.1%,两者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄组体检者Hp感染率以51~60岁最高(男性55.2%,女性52.5%),男性20岁以下最低(28.6%),女性31~40岁最低(19.6%),部分年龄组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同职业组中,男性感染率从高到低依次为教师、行政管理人员、运动员、银行职员,分别为50.0%、47.1%、40.5%、20.0%,女性感染率从高到低依次为教师、行政管理人员、运动员、银行职员,分别为41.0%、35.5%、34.4%、28.8%。结论大连地区人群Hp感染率较高,且随年龄增长有上升趋势,并与所从事职业相关。

Objective To understand the infection status of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)in Dalian area so as to implement effective prevention and control measures.Methods Serum anti-Hp antibody was detected in 477 health examinees by ELISA to analyze the infection of Hp in different genders,age groups and occupations.Results The Hp infection rate in some people in Dalian area was 39.2%,among which the male infection rate was 42.3%and the female infection rate was 35.1%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Hp infection rate was highest in 51~60 years old(male 55.2%,female 52.5%),lowest in men under 20 years old(28.6%),and lowest in women 31~40 years old(19.6%),with statistically significant differences among some age groups(P<0.05).In different occupational groups,the male infection rate was from high to low in teachers,administrators,athletes and bank staff,respectively 50.0%,47.1%,40.5%and 20.0%;the female infection rate was from high to low in teachers,administrators,athletes and bank staff,respectively 41.0%,35.5%,34.4%and 28.8%.Conclusion The infection rate of Hp in the population in Dalian area is high,and it tends to increase with age,which is related to the occupation.
