一例CD20阴性弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤报告及文献复习

Report and literature review of one case of CD20-negative diffuse large B-cell lymphoma

CD20阴性弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,DLBCL)是一类罕见的异质性的淋巴增生性疾病。CD20缺乏表达,细胞形态不典型,临床表现为侵袭性,以及对化疗耐药和低生存率为其特征,因此其治疗和诊断均是一个挑战。某科收治1例CD20阴性DLBCL患者,现报告如下,并进行相关文献复习。

CD20-negative diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)is a rare and heterogeneous lymphoproliferative disease.Given the lack of CD20 expression,atypical cellular morphology,aggressive clinical behavior,and characteristics of chemotherapy resistance and inferior survival rates,CD20-negative DLBCL represents a challenge from the diagnostic and therapeutic perspectives.A case of CD20-negative DLBCL patient was admitted to a certain department,which was reported as follows and relevant literatures were reviewed.
