学习历程档案在医学生临床教育中的应用

摘要 近年来,医学教育的目标从“知识的获取”转向“能力的养成”,寻找合适的工具并借此动态、全方位的培养和评估医学生临床能力是目前最紧要的任务。本文通过分析学习历程档案的应用模式,应用形式以及应用情况,提出学习历程档案必将是未来医学教育的有效工具。
