摘要
文中以广州航标处主导研发的浮标自动喷漆系统为分析对象,阐述了应用PLC自动控制系统解决浮标养护作业中遇到的作业效率低、人工成本高、劳动强度大等问题,同时简要介绍了该课题的研究背景、研究成果、工作原理、预期效果等。
This paper takes the automatic buoy painting system developed mainly by Guangzhou Aids to Navigation Department as the analysis target,introduces the application of the PLC automatic control system in solving the problems encountered during buoy maintenance,such as low efficiency,high labor cost,high labor intensity,etc.Furthermore,it briefly introduces the research background,research results,working principle,expected effect,etc.
