师范院校老教师教学能力观察研究

An Observational Study of Teaching Ability of Aged Teachers in Normal Universities

摘要 教师教学能力水平是提高教学质量的关键,教学能力的提升很大程度取决于教师,老教师在提高教学能力中占有重要地位。为了研究师范院校老教师的教学能力,采用参与式观察法,从教学方法、教学内容、教学语言等八个维度观察某师范大学随机抽取的35名老教师的课堂教学现状,发现老教师教学内容选择比较合理、设计比较科学,教学语言表达形式多样,师生互动良好,但是存在教学方法形式较为单一、教学时间安排不恰当、教学语言使用不当问题。 The teaching ability level is the key of improving teaching quality.The promotion of teaching ability is largely determined by the teachers and aged teachers play an important role in teaching ability improvement.In order to study the teaching ability of aged teachers in normal universities,the author used participant observation to observe the classroom teaching situation of 35 randomized aged teachers in a Normal University from the eight dimensions,such as teaching method,teaching contents and teaching language.It is found that aged teachers have reasonable teaching contents,scientific teaching designs,diverse forms of teaching language expression and good interaction with students.But there are some problems such as single teaching method,inappropriate teaching time arrangement and improper use of teaching language.
