党的十八大以来,习近平就意识形态工作一系列方向性、根本性、全局性问题阐明立场,形成了习近平关于意识形态工作的重要论述,是新时代党的意识形态工作的指导纲领。习近平关于意识形态工作的重要论述内容丰富,主要有:第一,坚持马克思主义在意识形态领域指导地位的根本制度,牢牢掌握意识形态工作领导权、管理权、话语权;第二,宣传思想工作的根本任务是巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位,巩固全党全国人民团结奋斗的共同思想基础,关键是坚定正确的理想信念;第三,宣传思想工作既要坚持团结、稳定、鼓劲、以正面宣传为主的方针,又要敢抓敢管,敢于亮剑,有理有利有节开展舆论斗争,等等。全面贯彻习近平关于意识形态工作的重要论述要明确以下重要认识问题:第一,在世界百年未有之大变局背景下,意识形态安全问题更加突出;第二,新形势下意识形态领域斗争依然复杂;第三,不忘坚持和运用马克思主义的阶级观,拿起阶级观点和阶级分析的武器。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,Xi Jinping has clarified his position on a series of directional,fundamental and global issues concerning ideological work,formed important discourse on ideological work,which is the guiding outline for the Party s ideological work in the new era.Xi Jinping s important discourse on ideological work is very rich in content,mainly including:adhering to the fundamental system of Marxism s guiding position in the ideological field,holding firmly the leading position,the administrative authority,and the discourse power in ideological work;the fundamental task of propaganda and ideological work is to consolidate Marxism s guiding position in the ideological field,consolidate the common ideological foundation of joint effort of the entire Party and the entire nation,while taking fortifying the right ideal and conviction as the key;in addition,ideological work should not only uphold unity and encourage stability while giving precedence to positive propaganda,but also dare to bear responsibilities,exercise oversight,show the sword,and carry out the public opinion struggle with good reason,to our advantage and with restraint.In order to fully implement Xi Jinping s discourse on ideological work,the following important issues must be clarified:first,ideological security has become more prominent facing the unprecedented changes in the world;second,the struggle in the ideological field remains complex under the new circumstances;third,we must not forget to adhere to and apply the Marxist class outlook and take up the weapons of class perspective and class analysis.
