On the Marxist Development Path for the Modernization of Chinese Economics——Questioning Hong Yongmiao's Viewpoint on the Sinicization of Western Economics

在资产阶级经济学历史上从政治经济学演变为经济学,不是学科范围的拓展,而是经济学的资产阶级意识的增强,是资产阶级在阶级斗争形势发生变化后掩饰和否认其阶级性的策略选择。资产阶级经济学概念、范畴和学说体系表面上是中性的,但它们本质上却是为资本主义制度辩护的庸俗经济学。因此,用现代西方资产阶级经济学的话语来讲中国故事,必然会庸俗化社会主义生产关系,使中华民族伟大复兴事业走向颠覆性毁灭。中国故事是超越资本主义社会形态的全新的社会主义的故事,因此讲中国故事就要用讲社会主义故事的语言。人类社会发展到今天,这种语言最为经典的就是马克思主义政治经济学中关于社会主义的语言,在中国现阶段这种语言的新发展是中国特色社会主义政治经济学。因此,以马克思主义的世界观和方法论构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学才是中国经济学现代化的根本道路。

The evolution from political economy to economics in the history of bourgeois economics is not an expansion of the scope of the discipline,but rather an increase in the bourgeois consciousness of economics,a strategic choice by the bourgeoisie to conceal and deny its class character under the changed situation of class struggle.Bourgeois economic concepts,categories and systems of doctrine are ostensibly neutral,but essentially vulgar economics justifying the capitalist system.Therefore,telling the Chinese story in the discourse of modern Western bourgeois economics will inevitably vulgarize the socialist relations of production and completely destroy the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The Chinese story is a brand new story of socialism that transcends the capitalist form of society,and therefore the Chinese story should be told in the language of socialist storytelling.The most classic example of this language hitherto is the language of Marxist political economy about socialism,and its new form in today s China is the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,the fundamental way to modernize Chinese economics is to construct the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics based on the Marxist worldview and methodology.
