超低能耗建筑独立基础保温施工

摘要 北京建工集团文安建筑产地化基地A栋采用被动式低能耗建筑设计。施工前,研究了独立基础断桥保温构造,确定了基础多部位保温构造和施工工序,应用BIM技术进行模拟施工演练,取得了较好的保温效果。 BCEGC Wenan Building Industry Base building A adopted passive low-energy consumption building design.Before construction,independent foundation bridge-cut heat insulation structure was studied to determine the heat insulation structure and construction sequence of various positions in foundation.BIM technique was used to simulate the construction and favorable heat insulation effect was realized.
