摘要
掺加硅灰和无机纤维,可改善水下不分散混凝土的结构与性能,砂浆流变学研究发现,掺加硅灰能提高拌合物的塑性粘度,掺加纤维会增加剪切应力,从而减少水泥浆的流失。单掺硅灰或纤维对混凝土的力学性能有明显改善,复掺硅灰与纤维效果更好。使用压汞仪测试水下不分散混凝土的孔结构,发现耐碱玻璃纤维和硅灰对孔结构改善效果良好,可细化孔结构,提高混凝土的抗冻性能。
Addition of silica fume and inorganic fiber could improve the structure and property of non-dispersible underwater concrete.Mortar rheology study results found that addition of silica fume could improve the plastic viscosity of mixture and fiber could increase the shearing stress,and that they could reduce the loss of cement slurry.Single addition of silica fume or fiber could obviously improve the mechanical property of concrete,and addition of both of them could realize better effect.Mercury injection apparatus was used to test the porosity of non-dispersible underwater concrete.It was found that alkali-resistant glass fiber and silica fume has favorable effect in improving the concrete porosity and that they could refine concrete porosity and improve the freezing resistance of concrete.
