摘要
文安装配式建筑产业化基地项目4层办公楼整体采用预应力装配式减震体系。梁柱采用干法施工,工程整体装配率大于70%。拼装后通过无粘结预应力张拉,节点处采用高强灌浆料填充,设计增加波纹钢板耗能墙减震系统。对重点、难点进行分析制订预制构件整体安装方案。掌握施工技术关键点,分析最易出现质量问题的薄弱环节。同时,对预应力螺纹钢筋预埋精度、构件吊装工艺、预应力张拉工艺、构件安装标高及相对位置、坐浆、灌浆等施工工序等方面进行重点质量控制。
In Wenan prefabricated building industrialization base project,4-storey high office building adopted a whole prestressed assembly shock absorption system.Dry method was adopted for beam column construction and the overall assembly rate of the project is higher than 70%.Prestressing without bond was adopted after assembly and high-strength grouting filling was used at node.Corrugated steel plate energy-consumption wall damping system was designed.This paper analyzed the emphasis and difficulty of this project and designed the overall installation scheme for the prefabricated components.It summarized the key points of the construction technique and introduced steps frequently having potential quality problems.Meanwhile,construction quality was controlled on the aspects of prestressed screw-thread steel pre-embedding precision,component lifting process,prestressing and stretching process,component installation elevation and relative position,bed mortar and grouting.
